Screw conveyors

While bucket elevators play an important role in the vertical transport of goods in systems made by TRENNSO-TECHNIK®, the horizontal and inclined transport is often done via screw conveyors. They come into place when you have to deal with material that is rather hard to discharge or material that is not easily flowing (e. g. bulk material). But as our engineering and construction department has decades of experience, we know which is the most suitable technology to move any materials within our custom made separating and recycling facilities, and offer a wide range of screw conveyors designed for your specific needs.

The best system can’t work properly without the accompanying conveying and dosing technology. Screw conveyors made by TRENNSO-TECHNIK® can not only handle heavy-duty tasks such as moving bulky bulk solids, they even discharge viscous products from containers. Individually designed with one or more shafts they handle high conveying capacities at low maintenance requirements and operating costs. Their default equipment includes electronic monitoring systems that allow the conveyors to easily adjust the discharge capacity. Our screw conveyors are completely made of stainless steel material – from housing to screws. In addition, they have multi-shaft screw designs that increase both the energy and operating efficiency of the conveyor. To perfectly adjust your TRENNSO-TECHNIK® screw conveyor to your requirements and applications, the design and handling is fully tailor-made for your needs: The shape of the conveyor trough depends on the application and material to be conveyed. Our design range covers V-trough screws, U-trough screws, box trough screws and pipe screws. We offer various solutions for protecting your conveyor against wear, including extra tough HARDOX steel.

For better and cost-effective maintenance our conveyors are equipped with easily accessible cleaning openings. The electronic monitoring system holds record of the discharge flaps and speed.
