SIS screening machine: time-saving, efficient

TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® develops, plans and builds customer-specific systems and modules. The family of our screening machines has recently had a highly potent addition: the new SIS screening machine. Maximum user friendliness, efficiency and time savings when changing and cleaning the screen have also been taken into account for this screening machine.

In screening technology, TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® produces various series of screening machines. These are efficient in the screening of bulk materials of different grain sizes. The material should not exceed a certain moisture content and should be free-flowing. All machines from ​​​​​​​TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® meet the increasing quality requirements of industrial recycling. The individually planned and manufactured screening machines from Weißenhorn are not only used in the field of recycling, but also in the food industry and in the processing of bulk goods.

The TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® team is always striving to offer our customers new, more efficient solutions for separating and sorting. This is how the new SIS screening machine was born. It is a further step towards the highly productive screening of even coarse-grained and moist products. This process efficiency is combined with user-friendly maintenance, easy screen changes and uncomplicated cleaning. The new machine design and the components used support maximum usability.

The material to be screened is brought into the screen box via a distribution unit. The sieve box is placed on steel springs on a solid steel frame and is dust-tight. Two overhead eccentric motors bring the screen box into vibration. The sieves are pushed into the sieve box and can be easily changed thanks to the unique swivel mechanism. The SIS screening machine consists of two sieve layers as standard. The upper sieve layer is a solid 3D honeycomb sieve for coarse sieving. The lower screen layer is a PU expansion shaft. Of course, it can also be equipped with a round-hole and square-mesh sieve in normal steel and stainless steel. The screen sizes or hole sizes can be freely selected depending on customer specifications. Stroke and speed are freely variably adapted to the product in order to achieve an optimal throughput and an exact classification of the material to be screened. In addition, the sieve can be connected to an aspiration system.

The SIS screening machine is available in various widths and lengths. Current machine sizes are 500 mm screen width, 1800 mm screen length and 1000 mm screen width, 3000 mm screen length. Depending on the application and the abrasiveness of the material to be cut, different wear lining variants are available, e.g. HARDOX, PU, stainless steel. A complete version in stainless steel as well as surface treatments tailored to requirements are also available.

With the SIS screening machine, the next generation of screening machines from the specialist for separating and sorting technology from Weißenhorn, TRENNSO-TECHNIK^®, is created. In addition to the well-known high-grade product quality and compatibility with other modules from TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® in the field of processing systems and dry separation processes, the SIS screening machine offers further advantages. With the simple screen change you reduce downtimes and increase your system availability. The sieve levels can be loosened individually and brought into the horizontal position. The individual levels are not screwed together, but are held in position by the corresponding locking force. Another advantage is that the SIS is suitable for moist, coarse and tilted material. From 0 to 300 mm, for example, whatever comes on the sieve is separated!
